Data we may process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process identification and contact data (name, email), organisation data (legal name, tax identifiers, address), account and panel activity (access logs, preferences) and, where applicable, operational data for products and batches entered by your company.

Purposes

We use data to provide the traceability service, manage accounts and organisations, offer support, improve the platform, meet legal obligations and, with your consent where required, send commercial communications.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interest in keeping a secure service and, where applicable, legal compliance. We retain data while your account is active and for legally required periods after closure.

Recipients and transfers

We may use processors (hosting, email, aggregated analytics or other technical services) bound by confidentiality and appropriate security measures.

We do not sell personal data. Any international transfers would use safeguards required by data protection law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority if you believe your rights have not been respected.
